Founding Director
Arshi Thind began his career in Financial Services, working in a Private Equity Secondary Market brokerage. After six years in London, he moved to Australia, where he specialised in Finance & Accounting recruitment, delivering both permanent and interim solutions for ASX-listed companies, privately owned corporates, and public organisations.
In the UK, Arshi has focused on C-suite finance recruitment, transformation recruitment, and financial services recruitment, partnering with clients ranging from FTSE 100 companies to SMEs.
